1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within [7–14 days] of delivery.
Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return (unless defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings and body jewelry.
Customized and engraved products.
Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support team at info@buttjewellers.com within the return period to request a return authorization.
Securely pack the item with its original packaging.
Ship the package back to our return address (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [7–10 business days].
Shipping charges, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
In case of damaged or defective products, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please contact us.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer before the exchange is processed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
